I first started using it quite a while ago now so I can't remember if I did the trial or not. It's also concerning that the program hasn't been updated in over a year, since "20-10-09". If I can't even get the trial working, Fluent Factory cannot expect me to shell out $20 for it. If you did try the trial version, how long ago did you try that and what OSX version were you using? My e-mail to Fluent Factory asking what the deal was just went into some blackhole, i.e ignored. Saves me time on convenience alone, and since I bill $100/hour anyway, I see no reason to even think about it. Use gmail and there is a whole new set of problems to deal with. Think that is bad, check out the pop settings "When messages are accessed with POP" I select "delete gmails copy" and find that when accessing it via mail.app (where I setup 'delete off server after downloading') the server copy is deleted but nothing is download to my computer - a good number of emails suddenly vanish off the face of the earth. And it also doesn't fix the problem - I used to access a gmail account through imap and found that when I deleted files it only used to tag them but never actually delete them off the server - in other words gmail have majorly stuffed up implementing imap.
